WHAT HAPPENS IF THE RECIPIENT ISN’T HOME?
Your flowers will be delivered personally by our Flower Delivery driver in our Anastasia Florists branded vehicles.
We start our flowers online free delivery at 08:30 and aim to have all pre-orders completed by lunchtime. Same Day Flower orders will be done before 5 pm depending on traffic & weather.
If no one is at the delivery address to take receipt of the flowers we will try to leave them with a neighbour or in a safe place. If we are unable to deliver the flowers or leave them with a neighbor we will leave a card asking the recipient to contact us. If we do not hear anything we then contact the person who placed the order for further instructions.
Please Note – We now request a telephone number for the delivery. Some rural addresses can be difficult to find. With a telephone number, we can call the recipient for further instructions, unfortunately, we do not deliver flowers on Sundays
We regret that we are unable to offer specific time slots for the delivery of our flower bouquets as priority is given to funeral arrangements as they are normally time specific. Please feel free to talk to our Florists about this
