Our Quality Guarantee
All our flower arrangements are made using the freshest flowers available. All Flower Bouquets come with flower food and care instructions to help maintain the freshness of your flowers.
Making a Claim (Time Limit)
Because of the perishable nature of flower products, you must notify us of any problem with your item from Anastasia Florists within 24 hours of receipt to allow us to investigate the claim effectively.
Required Documentation
To support any claim, a clear photograph of the item may be required.
Care and Attention
All our products require care and attention. If it is deemed that the cut flowers or plants have not been cared for as per the instructions provided on our flower care leaflets, we may NOT be able to offer a refund or exchange.
Inspection and Resolution
We will inspect all flowers and plants claimed to be faulty or damaged.
- If the product is proved to be faulty or damaged (and care instructions were followed), we will offer a refund, a partial refund, or an exchange.
- If the product is found not to be faulty or damaged, a refund will not be issued.
- Returning the Product: If we require the item to be returned for inspection, we will provide specific instructions. Please do not dispose of the arrangement until the investigation is complete.
All resolutions are determined at the discretion of Anastasia Florists management, with the goal of ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to consumer quality standards. We aim to process any approved refunds within [5-7] business days.
